Beyond the CTC
CTC is what the employee sees. But there are costs that sit on top — your EOR retainer (€225/month per employee), optional insurance premiums, co-working space fees, and equipment procurement. Understanding the full cost picture is essential for budgeting.
Insurance
Group health insurance typically starts from ~€110/year for individual coverage and ~€1,200/year for family coverage. We can start coverage from Day 1 or after probation — your choice.
Equipment & workspace
Laptop procurement (€1,500–2,500 depending on specs), WFH setup (~€500 for desk, chair, monitor), and optional co-working access (~€130/month through our myHQ partnership). All tracked as inventory in your dashboard.
