How our agency network works
We maintain partnerships with recruiting agencies across India who specialize in different domains — engineering, design, operations, finance. When a job is published with sourcing enabled, relevant agencies can submit candidates through our platform. Every agency-submitted candidate goes through the same pipeline — duplicate checking, resume screening, and our initial vetting — before they ever reach your dashboard. You don't see the source; you see the quality.
Direct sourcing
You always have the option to add candidates directly. Found someone on LinkedIn? Got a referral from your network? Add them straight into the ATS pipeline. No recruitment fee applies for candidates you source yourself.
Typical timeline
From job description to qualified candidates in your pipeline: 3–4 weeks. Add 1 month for most candidates' notice period at their current company. Total realistic timeline from posting to start date: approximately 2 months. Senior or niche roles may take longer. Roles in Bangalore move faster due to deeper talent density. We set expectations upfront based on the specific role and city.
