Client Interview Process
How we facilitate interviews between you and shortlisted candidates.
Client Interview Process — Platform view
You decide the structure
Some clients do a single technical interview. Others run two rounds — one technical, one culture fit. A few add a system design round for senior roles. There's no fixed formula — you tell us what works for your team, and we configure the ATS stages to match. We recommend keeping it to 2–3 rounds for most roles. Indian candidates — especially the good ones — are interviewing at multiple companies. A slow process means losing candidates to faster-moving competitors.
Scheduling & coordination
You'll be interviewing across time zones. Most Indian professionals are comfortable with European business hours — India is 3.5 to 4.5 hours ahead of CET depending on daylight savings. Late morning CET / early afternoon IST is the sweet spot. We handle the coordination — finding slots that work for both sides, sending invites, and following up. You just show up and assess.
Feedback that's tracked
After each interview, feedback goes into the ATS — structured scores, notes, and a hire/no-hire recommendation. If multiple people on your team interview the same candidate, all feedback is visible in one place. This isn't just for process — it's for learning. Over time, patterns emerge about what works in your interviews and what predicts success on the job. That feedback loop makes each subsequent hire better.
