Every job has a pipeline with customizable stages. The default flow — Applied, Screening, Coding Test, Interview, Offer, Pre-Onboarding — works for most roles. But you can adjust stages, add review steps, or skip what doesn't apply. At each stage, candidates can be advanced, held, or rejected. Rejection at the screening level is simple — a reason dropdown and done. At later stages, we capture detailed notes, reasons, and optionally flag the candidate for your future talent pool.

Every interaction is tracked. Screening questions and answers, coding test results, interview feedback, internal notes — all attached to the candidate's profile. When you're making a hiring decision, the full picture is right there. You receive notifications when new candidates enter the pipeline, when screening is complete, and when candidates are ready for your review. No need to check the dashboard constantly.

Right now, everyone on your team has full access — admin-level permissions for speed and simplicity. As your team grows, role-based access control will let you assign specific permissions to hiring managers, interviewers, and HR team members.
