We offer group health insurance with coverage starting from ~€110/year for individual and ~€1,200/year for family (employee + spouse + children). Coverage includes hospitalization, pre and post-hospitalization expenses, and a 24/7 helpline for medical emergencies. You can choose to start coverage from Day 1 or after probation.
What's standard
In the Indian market, employer-provided health insurance is expected, not optional. Most tech companies offer ₹3–5 lakh coverage per employee. Family coverage is a strong differentiator — candidates with families will specifically ask about this during salary discussions.
Claims and support
Employees can access their insurance details and make claims through the portal. For medical emergencies, there's a 24/7 helpline. We handle all enrollment, renewals, and plan management.
