What we procure
We handle procurement of laptops (MacBook Pro, ThinkPad, etc. — your spec), monitors, accessories, and WFH furniture. Typical costs: laptop €1,500–2,500, WFH setup ~€500 (desk, chair, monitor). All purchases are made locally in India for faster delivery and warranty support.
Inventory tracking
Every piece of equipment is logged in your EOR dashboard with serial numbers, purchase dates, warranty status, and assigned employee. You always know what assets you have and where they are.
Lifecycle management
When equipment needs replacement or an employee exits, we coordinate return, buyback, or disposal. The full asset lifecycle is tracked in the platform.
