Notice periods
Standard notice periods are 1–3 months, specified in the employment contract. During probation, notice is typically shorter (15–30 days). Either party can choose to pay out the notice period instead of serving it (buy-out). We handle the full calculation.
Final settlement
When an employee exits, we calculate and process: remaining salary, leave encashment (unused earned leave paid out), any pro-rata bonus, gratuity (if eligible after 5 years), reimbursement claims, and full & final settlement. This is typically processed within 30–45 days of the last working day.
Equipment return
All company equipment (laptops, monitors, etc.) is tracked in our inventory system. We coordinate return or buyback during offboarding.
