After the call, we send you an invite to onboard yourself. You enter your company details through the portal, and your SLA is generated, ready for both sides to sign. Every signature is an Advanced Electronic Signature under eIDAS and India's IT Act, timestamped and recorded in an audit trail, so the moment you're set up, you're legally protected across both Europe and India.

Once the agreement is signed, you're invited onto the platform. Your policies, shift, attendance, leave, and performance, set up in about five minutes with smart defaults. You roll out offers from ready-made templates, and once a hire signs, they're invited to onboard. Self-service throughout, with on-demand assistance.

What will it cost?

Can I move my existing India team onto the platform?
Yes. An existing team is invited in, signs their agreement, and is live on the platform in minutes, with their pay, leave, and statutory records carried over intact.
How soon can a hire start once they accept the offer?
Onboarding completes within 24 hours of a signed offer. Policies, statutory and tax details, and verification are all handled inside that window, so your hire starts fully covered on day one.
When does my team get paid?
Your team is paid by the last day of every month. Every statutory piece, PF, TDS, professional tax, and gratuity, is filed on schedule alongside it.
